RR had himself a Happy Little Birthday. The kids gave him a Gramin GPS unit.
He immediately named it , "Gee I Guess". Having worked with GPS units at work, he was a bit skeptical, while they are amazing - not always real accurate.
But I'll be jiggered.
After having it a couple days and playing with it...we like love it.
Her name is now Samantha. (I think he calls "her" that because that is the voice we have chosen.)
I have just one tiny problem with "her".
I am upset when "she" tells me to go a certain way and I want to go another, I am afraid it upsets her that I don't obey.
I feel guilty if I don't obey a GPS unit? Maybe we shouldn't name "her" and I will remember IT has no feelings.
On that note, I am using those little Crest white strips and it says to use them ONCE a day - for 14 days. I don't think I have that long of an attention span and so decided to use it twice a day for 7 days. I was kind of bothered, wondering if it would work. RR had to tell convince me, teeth can't tell time.
(p.s. Samantha, I am really sorry about last night. I wasn't driving it was RR. He was distracted by the big Christmas tree and just had to go see it all lite up with Christmas lights, and then he didn't want to go on Pines - that is why you had to do all that recalculating recalculating, when I drive, we will do better, I promise.)
