I tend to lag behind on all the techno up to date "things".
But I want to be 'hep'.
Thanks to children that are plugged into the real world.
I am somewhat up to date.
A couple 'things' I like.
#1 - Hulu on the internet.
Do you know about that?
You can watch movies right on your computer...amazing thing.
And because RR and I hardly ever go to the movies it works perfect for us.
Even the old ones are new to us.
We don't watch "R-rated" movies and there are some great not R-rated movie choices.
Documentaries - National Geography etc.
#2 - Skype
Oh, I have known about Skype for a long time and message back and forth..but just recently decided to invest in a little 'webcam' so we could see our daughter and her family in far away Utah.
Last time we visited I noticed I could 'take a snapshot'.
Now how cute is that?
I picked up my webcam up at Walmart (about $50) Logitech brand 1.3 Megapixel.
I am thrilled with it.
Just sharing so if any of my blog friends would like to come to 2009 you are invited.
(Now watch our kids will tell me this is so 'old school' and there are a 100 things better and more up to date that this.)
But whatever date this is - I'm pretty happy.
