What I love about this picture. ...is Joseph.
Look at him tending his little family.
His tiny 'step-son' as it were.
Isn't he strong and protective?
I love him - he is often overlooked.
But an important part of the Christmas story, don't you think?
From another old book.
I love this....I just don't think Mary would be holding her "nursers", as is often portrayed, I think she would be holding that wee tiny baby in her arms.
Up close - next to her face - smelling that new baby smell.
Holding Him tight.
This one is well known.
I found some cards at a gift store and brought them home to alter.
Things I love about this picture...the 'light source'.
The patient donkey hardly visible in the background.
I have been busy.
Hope I've made enough.
I don't know if they will be well received or over shadowed by Santa and all his bright colors and merry making.
