Well, it all started pretty simple. Someone I can't remember who now suggest they all line up for a group picture before you head off to Southern Idaho.
Then Geni thought it looked like they lived in a boars nest with all their stuffing and suggested they just do a picture with no nesting material...
Which went fine until we looked at them and everyone could plainly see that Rhu was getting out because she was in the back and was afraid she wouldn't be noticed...then it was decided to do individual pictures..
With Rhu getting ready the fastest....
Rhubarb or Rhu as her friends
call her, is such a fun mouse.
She is clever and tackles
every project with enthusiasm.
She has had some struggles in
her life.
She has tried to use her past
struggles to bless others.
Once, she even had her front
paw caught in a mouse trap…whoosh.
Because she knows about those
traps she has been able to bless many lives and help others know about those
nasty traps.
She has learned a great deal
about mishaps…and because of that she doesn’t judge others.
Her laugh is infectious and
everyone wants to be around her.
Lately she has been hopping
into the Mrs’ lunch sack and going to school. (She especially likes it when
there is a cheese sandwich inside.)
She loves school. She has
even learned to do addition and subtraction…well, all except the 7’s – those
are the hardest for her.
She already knows about being
quiet as a – well, you know.
Sometimes she comes out and watches the children
– she has even given big red heart kisses to some who struggle…remember, she
knows all about struggles.
Goldie was the one to suggest putting their biography with each picture
And since she has a way with words we all agreed...
Goldie got her name because she lives the Golden Rule
She always tries to treat others like she wants to be
treated.
She has been learning some medical terms every since
She hopped into The Nurses’ lunch sack and went to work with
her
She is confused about all those big words.
She is up to H in the medical dictionary but can’t find HIPAs
She hopes that isn’t important.
She likes it best when she can be by the computer because it
is warmer there.
But she in not one to complain and just keeps to herself.
Sometimes when she gets home at night she is too pooped to
even nibble on her cheese crackers.
Being
nice all day long is very hard work.
Finley was so worried about his (yes...I said 'he'...a boy to balance out all those silly girls) whiskers being straight and then at the last minute everytime he twitched his nose and they were crooked...we never did get a picture with them straight...
Finley is such a good little
mouse.
I have never heard him say an
unkind word to anyone.
He has even been known to
come out of his cozy little home.
To give a pink heart kiss to
someone who is trying very hard.
One day he was wondering why
he was named Finley
And then he looked around and
noticed all his nice fish friends.
Now he likes his name,
Do you?
He won’t bother a thing
because he already knows about
Being quiet as a – well, you
know…
And he is very busy – he is
reading the entire dictionary
And he is half way through “K” , already.
Then when it came time for Geni's picture she insisted on being OUTSIDE her cup because she's had a sore tooth and as a result lost a couple pounds and she wanted everyone to notice..
Geni is so busy.
She always has something to do.
One of her favorite things is genealogy.
She also likes to collect things.
Petty glass things…
Her favorite is the tulip cup she lives in.
Right now she lives with The Mrs.
There is a good feeling in this home.
One of the things she misses is...
That stinky cheese the Mr liked.
Don’t worry about Geni….she enjoys sitting close
To the warm computer and reading old books.
She has almost finished one about Missiours…whoosh.
It
was a big one.
THEN............they all wanted an 'out of the cup' shot...so here you go...
Whoosh...it took all morning to just take pictures...will all the rearranging and laughing going on ...you'd think they like each other...
Can you guess where each mouse now lives....?
(thanks for the idea which came from a visit to Charlotte Lyons site)
